The program which Allan described and showed sample video clips from, appeared to be well geared to elementary school age children, and I could see where the hip music and lyrics would leave lasting impressions on the kids. I was most impressed, however, by Allan's low key, calm, non-sensational, yet very frank and explicit, approach to dealing with staff training and with investigations of molestation in the camp setting. He appeared to be the classic crisis manager.
